On Some occasions, a customer may need to contact a seller or a Business. There are a few ways a customer can reach out to sellers on Koopo.
First, you can contact a seller directly from the product screen. Click on the contact seller tab and send a message directly to the seller. This comes in handy if you have a particular question about a product while shopping.
Second, you can contact the seller from the sellers’ storefront using the support button. This way you can create a support ticket with the seller. This will allow you manage and access your communications from your account on Koopo rather than having to keep up with emails.
Other ways you can communicate with seller is by using other provide contact information. Some sellers will list their physical store location, phone numbers and emails. Any of these are also good means of getting into contact with a seller/business
Some businesses on Koopo are using our private messaging system. This can me used from the business’ page. The message you send to the business will be accessible in your inbox on your main dashboard.
